HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS TO JOIN THE MEETING

Join meeting with video by phone or computer (so we can see each other) using Meeting ID: GoRejoice
(See specifice steps below.)
Join meeting by phone (only if low signal) by dialing (617) 769-8955. No PIN needed. Please announce yourself, then mute phone until you need to speak. Thanks
Remember to announce yourself, then mute your computer or phone till you need to speak. This limits background noise. Thanks.
HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS TO DOWNLOAD THE PHONE APP OR LOG-IN FROM COMPUTER
TO JOIN BY PHONE WITHOUT VIDEO, SOUND ONLY:
Call 617-769-8955. No PIN needed. Please announce yourself, then mute phone until you need to speak. Thanks
This is not the preferred method as you will not have a video connection, but if you have a poor signal, this is a good option.
TO JOIN BY PHONE WITH VIDEO:
1. Go to your app or play store and download the "FREE CONFERENCE CALL" app.
2. Log in with the pertinent information to create a new account.
3. When you open the App there will be an icon of a person with a plus + sign in the lower left that says JOIN. Click this.
4. The next screen will have a band at the top that says "MEETING ID."
Type in "GoRejoice". Then click JOIN.
4. The next screen will show an orange band that says "JOIN NEW MEETING." Click this.
5. The next screen will have two dark blue bands. Click the bottom one that says "CALL IN USING WIFI OR DATA".
6. The next screen asks "ALLOW FREE CONFERENCE CALL TO RECORD AUDIO?" Click "ALLOW".
7. The last screen you must click on the video camera icon at the bottom that has the line drawn through it.
(If you have a bad signal and can't connect, you may need to try joining using the phone icon instead of the camera icond. This will give you sound, but no picture.)
8. You will now see two screens, one of yourself and one of me.
9. If you begin getting feedback, it may be because two people have logged-in in the same room. You may have to put distance between you and another person.
10. Finally, please locate your microphone icon. You will need to click on it to mute it until you need to speak.
This is to avoid filling the video conference call with all the background noise from each connection. Please don't remain silent when you have something to contribute. Just be sure and un-mute your microphone so we can hear you, then mute it again with the conversation is over.
TO JOIN BY LAPTOP OR COMPUTER
1. Use Chrome browser if possible.
2. Go to www.freeconferencecall.com
3. Log in with the pertinent information to create a new account.
4. On the right side of the Account Dashboard, under Quick Actions, click on "JOIN MEETING".
5. The next screen will have a band at the top that says "MEETING ID."
Type in "GoRejoice". Then click "SUBMIT".
6. The next screen asks for your name and email. Fill these in and then click "JOIN".
7. The next screen you must click on the video camera at the top. When you do, it will ask if it can use your camera. Click "ALLOW".
8. The last screen asks if it can use your microphone. Click "ALLOW".
9. You will now see two screens, one of yourself and one of me.
